This month’s session, I will be doing a presentation titled: Comment Control: How Museums Can Respond to Difficult Online Feedback

Join us for an engaging discussion on navigating social media comments, responding to rude or difficult feedback, and maintaining a respectful, mission-focused digital presence. This session will include practical examples, response strategies, and tips for deciding when to engage, when to redirect, and when not to respond at all.

Marketing/PR & Media (M&M) Affinity Group functions as a marketing/pr “think tank” for furthering museums as a form of education and entertainment. Targeted to museum professionals with responsibility for communications, M&M encourages members to share ideas and brainstorm new marketing and media avenues. The group provides a safe environment for members to offer insights into the successes and failures of efforts in their communities.
