Event Details

What happens when museums rethink where and how they engage with their communities? From mobile outreach and creative programming to new approaches to accessibility and visitor experiences, museums are finding ways to connect with people beyond the traditional gallery visit.
Join OMA for this Empowering Museum Voices topic: a fast-paced conversation featuring four Ohio museums sharing creative approaches to access, engagement, and programming. Through lightning presentations, speakers from the Cincinnati Art Museum, National Veterans Memorial and Museum, Cleveland Museum of Art, and Massillon Museum will share examples of their work, lessons learned, and ideas other museums can adapt to their own communities.
Whether you're looking for fresh programming ideas, new ways to reach audiences, or inspiration to rethink how your museum's spaces and resources can serve the public, you'll leave with new possibilities to consider—no matter your museum's size or resources.
