Event Details

Fundraising goals are often fill-the-gap numbers: the finance team created a budget and worked backwards to determine the fundraising goal. That…doesn’t always work very well. Let’s change that process!

Join Kerri Mollard for this information-packed session to give museum development professionals the tools and best practices to create achievable goals and budgets based on giving histories, probabilities, and the current climate. Participants will walk away equipped with new skills and the confidence to level up their fundraising based on real-world data.
