Group Sales and Birthday Party Coordinator 

​​​​​Baylor University’s Mayborn Museum is seeking a Group Sales and Birthday Party Coordinator!  This position is responsible for coordinating group visits and birthday parties by providing valuable customer service to community and regional guests.  This position is responsible for maintaining reservations and records, day of greeting of groups and birthday parties, and serving as a member of the Visitor Services Team. 

School group visits and birthday parties make up approximately ¼ of the museum’s total attendance and revenue.  This position will coordinate with other staff and student staff to ensure that groups visiting the museum receive excellent customer service, have clear expectations of their visit, and an enjoyable experience. 

The candidate chosen for this position must possess strong customer service and computer skills, both oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with the proven ability to take initiative.
