Back by popular demand, TAM is hosting programming at a variety of museums rather than a convention center. Exhibitor display booths, which are provided as either a benefit to sponsorship or as a stand-alone opportunity in our exhibitor packet, will be located throughout the host venues, based on the amount of space available in each venue and space.

Benefits for all exhibitors include:

  • Exposure to more than 300 TAM attendees
  • Networking with decision-makers from museums from every corner of Texas
  • Listing in the TAM Annual Meeting Program
  • Participation in special exhibitor reception

Table Top Booth

                 
$699 Member Rate | $799 Non-Member Rate

Each table top booth includes a compact display area consisting of a tall cocktail table (with linen) and chair. Exhibitors are encouraged to “travel light” and plan for a “simple set up” since display space is limited (a simple pop-up banner, small supply of marketing collateral, business cards, and small giveaways/promo items). Electricity and Wi-Fi access may be available, depending on venue, and may be requested, but cannot be guaranteed. Check with TAM staff for details and questions.

Included with a Table Top Booth:

  • One (1) complimentary exhibitor registration for booth rep
  • One (1) draped and skirted cocktail table and one (1) chair

Full payment of registration is due at the time of registration if paying by credit card. Payment by check is due within 21 days of registration. All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received before 1/1/2023 will result in TAM retaining 50 percent of the initial deposit - between 1/2/23 and 3/1/23 will result in TAM retaining 75% and no requests for refunds will be granted after March 2, 2023. Refunds to be processed after the Annual Meeting.
