Payment and Cancellation Policy Full payment of registration is due at the time of registration if paying by credit card. Payment by check is due within 21 days of registration. All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received before 1/1/2023 will result in TAM retaining 50 percent of the initial deposit - between 1/2/23 and 3/1/23 will result in TAM retaining 75% and no requests for refunds will be granted after March 2, 2023. Refunds to be processed after the Annual Meeting.
